Graduates help fuel business expansion

Telford-based Discount Domains Ltd started working with the University of Wolverhampton on the KITTS scheme in 2006. Since then it has employed five graduates and is looking to employ another one shortly.

Discount Domains is one of the UK's leading domain name registration providers for the .co.uk and international to-level domains. It ofers a full range of domain name services including registration, domain management, domain parking, web hosting, search engine submissions and e-marketing.

KITTS graduates have worked on website development, search engine optimisation, content management and e-commerce sytems development.

Managing Director Adrian Lawrence said "We approached the KITTS team as we needed graduates for our business expansion and to work on projects. The KITTS scheme has proved ideal for us. We have offered all the graduates jobs at the end of each project and it's a very flexible and affrordable scheme, which works well for employers and employees." During the time that Discount Domains has been working with KITTS, the company has grown from four to eleven employees.
